Presentation Guidance

Please submit brief abstract (150-200 words) before February 28th via the symposium registration link.

Presentation Requirements and Guidelines

• No limitation on the number of slides, as long as you can fully elaborate your project/research.
• Presentations are limited to eight minutes maximum with two minutes of Q&A right after the presentation.
• The slide will be controlled by the presenter, and you can use any presentation tool you desired.
• Presenters are required to email a copy of their PowerPoint slides to Kuncheng Song(ksong4@ncsu.edu) on or before March 9th, we will need to provide a link to all the presentations on our website for people who cannot attend the symposium.
